The property was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and pretty, the breakfast we payed for was simple but good and was brought directly to our room. There is plenty of parking onsite. My only issue was getting to the property. The conditions of some of the roads are dirt roads with big pot holes.

The road to the hotel is kind of dangerous. Terrible road conditions if a person want to get in there in the night need extreme caution.

Nice place but a bit over rated. The room is so so. You have the impression it wasn’t renovated since a while. The location is great. Calm and completely isolated, loved that. A quite nice experience overall

I booked a Suite as a big treat for myself. I paid €129 on Hotels.com. On arrival which is in fact 8km from Manciano, (not the short distance as specified), 3km is on a dirt road. I checked into my Suite and was instantly disappointed. The photos on the hotels.com site are completely different to what you get. The towels were old thin and grey. The toilet and drains stank. It just wasn’t the pretty room l booked! Also there are other false photos of exterior landscapes that just do not exist. Breakfast was ok. The grounds were lacking a bit of love and tender care. All in all very disappointing for the price l paid.

Molto di più delle mie aspettative. Pulito, lenzuola profrumate, camere super comode, molto signorile, Wifi gratis, giardino bellissimo con un albero di fico che sembra un'opera d'arte. Gattini che saltano di qua e di la, davvero un sogno.
