Villa Fanciulla is a splendid three-story villa made of stone. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Fanciulla you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Fanciulla is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Manciano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Fanciulla from the parking area along a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Fanciulla you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the valley.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by elegant cypresses. From the garden you will enjoy a bright view of the greenery and of the hills. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the third living room through an arched opening. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker and a two-burner electric cooker, two electric ovens, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
Second FloorBedroom 3
