with swimming pool, 1 kilometer away from the beach of Specchiarica, near Manduria.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool with waterfall stream, solarium with beach beds, wooden gazebo, outdoor shower, air conditioning, washing machine, internet, mosquito nets, hair-dryer and tv. Parking in the garden.

swimming pool. There are beach beds, the outdoor shower and gazebo with
wooden covering furnished as an outdoor dining area.
Villa Nettuno opens into a large living room with open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There are 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and 1 double bedroom.
