Located in Manerba del Garda, within the prestigious "Montecolo Resort" Residence with a large park featuring swimming pools and facilities suitable for families and children, a three-room apartment with a balcony for a family or group holiday for up to 4 people.



The apartment opens onto a bright living area equipped with a sofa, smart TV, dining table with chairs and open-plan kitchen. From the living room, you can access the equipped balcony via French doors, which features a table, outdoor chairs and a comfortable small sofa from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding greenery and the lake. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and balcony with views of the garden and the residence swimming pool. The second bedroom has an extendable bunk bed and a wardrobe. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

*The Residence pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and is available from 15 June to 15 September. The pool area is divided into 3 zones: adults area (25x18m), children's area and jacuzzi area; completing the facility, within the large 40,000 square metre park, a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room. The pools are open from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and in the hinterland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding walks, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is easily accessible from Manerba del Garda station, which is just over 1 km away, and also from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only 45 minutes by car.
