One thing I don’t like in this place is NO valet. They use cheap shower curtains. We went to their breakfast buffet staff are not helpful they don’t come and ask what you need specially those senior citizens who can’t hardly get up and wanted another round of coffee or juices or food. What I observed was nobody gives tips at all. Even if it’s a buffet I always give tips I know how hard they work.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Bathroom is roomy. The best part of Grand Westside is the really helpful and courteous staff! During peak hours, especially weekends, the lobby gets hectic, so lots of patience is needed.

Clean room and bathroom however bed didnt feel as comfy. we were only there for 1 night so not a big deal. I thought early check in at 10:00 a bit pricey for 2000 pesos considering we had to check out at 2am for an early flight but other than that, it was a great stay.
