Disappointing stay
Disappointing - the hotel had a private birthday party in the evening which was noisy (impacted our room). Also, room service menu that was provided had virtually nothing available (and nor did restaurant) due to lack of supplies. Reception staff were asked to book taxis and did not arrange despite saying they would. Beautiful building but overall disappointing service and food offering and unacceptable noise in the room in the evening.

The best thing about this hotel is staffs, they were really nice and helpful. Smile at you all the time. Greets you properly. Room were very clean too, the house cleaning lady is so nice. You guys really need to update the pictures, the pictures don’t do justice because the hotel is really pretty compare to the pictures. One thing I’m not happy with is breakfast. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service.

The overall place is great. Lobby is appealing and the facilities are clean and fully functioning however the 2nd floor area often have noise from people talking out loud some who are not even guests in the hotel. I hope they could at least caution people guests or not guest to minimize their voices especially along the accommodation hallways.
