No blower in the bathroom. Hallway is hot when you get out from your room. Breakfast is good but there is no variety especially when you stay for more than one week. Room is dusty. One time they just straighten out the bedsheets and pillows. Obvious they didn’t change it. Obvious they didn’t vacuum the floor and you need to ask to vacuum the floor and they just sweep it. They don’t even clean the bathroom mirror and glass shower. It took them too long to answer your call. I need to come down to tell them I’m checking out and took them longer to help me to bring down my luggages. Definitely I will not recommend this hotel. T

We had a top notch experience at this hotel. The staff is consistently excellent, and the hotel is in a prime location. There's a walkway on the 4th floor to the adjacent mall. The breakfast selection was incredible. Make sure to try out the baked goods they sell by the concierge!

The conditions in the room are ok but the air-conditioning is really loud, and the drainage for the sink was slow, the corridor had stench due to the carpet. The morning breakfast was also not very pleasant, especially on weekend. We have to forgo the long wait and eat at McDonald's in the mall instead. The breakfast spread was unfortunately limited with mostly local foods. Could have been better if a wider spread is provided.
