A wonderfully located hotel, near to both the airport and comfortable shopping and dining locations. Even though W9 is still under construction, the staff more than makes up for any distractions caused by dust or noise. I typically stay at Casino Resorts that cost 3x the price, but with Jun and Reby custom tailoring my complimentary breakfasts each day and Darren the Concierge handling my transportation and laundry as well as the generous cash discounts for booking OTC with Tiffany and Cena, I can say that W9 will be a place that both I and you should book for future trips to Manila.

The staff were nice and polite. My main concern was the safety. There were no double locks. I didn't feel safe as a solo traveler. I left right away. I told the receptionist my concern but not even an apology was offered.

Äusserst nettes Personal! Aber Einsatz der Kreditkarte nicht möglich. Da kein Card-Terminal! Nur Bargeld möglich! Der Pool ist eher ein Planschbecken für Kinder! Essen sehr gut, aber Wein und Spirituosen übertrieben teuer! Gläser wurden immer mit minimaler Menge befüllt, obwohl keine Gäste im Haus!
