This three-bedroom home features two kitchens, 150 feet of private waterfront, easy accesses for playing in the lake and a hot tub for those chilly winter nights. This home is perfect for family-friendly fun all year round, and we are dog friendly!

Located on the border of Manson & Chelan, Lake Chelan's northeastern shores, Rocky Point Lodge is 3.5 miles from downtown Manson and 4 miles from Historic Downtown Chelan. What’s great about this premier waterfront home is that you can take advantage of a secluded atmosphere, with only one nearby neighbor!

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ROCKY POINT LODGE:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 10 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

With a spacious, multi-level interior filled with modern touches, colorful furnishings and five cable-equipped televisions, this lakeside retreat is great for large group gatherings! You can enjoy two entertainment/living rooms for (perfect for adults upstairs and kids downstairs), plus the wraparound deck and large outdoor patio will allow you to sip your morning coffee, prepare summertime BBQs and indulge in evening happy hours overlooking the lake.

The private stretch of waterfront is what truly makes this home so unique. In addition to the patio, you'll find a set of stairs leading down to the inviting waterfront, providing guests with lounge chairs, lake access and a floating buoy to tie up one watercraft. Fishing is fun for the whole family as you can bait your line right off these docks. You can also cool off in the summer months with a swim in the lake. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing and soaking those muscles after a good day snow skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, water skiing, etc.

Rocky Point Lodge provides guests with a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of cookware and generous countertop space to accommodate family meal prep and appetizers. The gas Weber grill can be found outside on the patio and propane is provided.

When it comes time to retire for the evening, you’ll find two large master suites upstairs, with newly added king sized beds, and one bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed. These three bedrooms feature lakeside views and are equipped with TVs and comfortable sitting areas for lounging. Extra sleeping space in the home is provided on a futon (double), bunk beds (2 singles) and on the sofa beds (doubles, three total).

Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson and Chelan have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).

Parking Notes: Parking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate five cars. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted. Also, please do not block other homes’ access or drive over the lawns. If you’re bringing a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details.

Water Access: yes, on the water. You can tie up one boat to the floating buoy (boats are not able to tie up to the docks). Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details.
**Due to fluctuating lake levels, usage of the floating buoy may not always be available. The lake level is at its fullest usually early July through mid-September.

Damage Protection Policy: The total cost of guests’ reservations for this Property will include a damage protection policy (if they do not select the refundable damage deposit only option, which is $1,500). The Damage Protection Policy covers guests for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances).

Perfect Lakefront Escape

This house sits right on the lake and the setting is beautiful. Literally every room in the house has a view of the lake. The house faces west, so the sunsets are stunning, and the lake gets so dark at night that it’s perfect for stargazing right from the porch. The home itself is very well equipped—every utensil you might need is available, which made cooking easy. Another thing we loved was how bright the house is. Every corner of the house gets plenty of natural light during the day, making the whole space feel open and relaxing. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you want peaceful lake views, beautiful sunsets, and a comfortable, well-stocked home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property, our last hurrah of the summer! We went with family family friends, and the accommodations were perfect. The highlights were the house itself (unique layout, very comfortable, cool spiral staircases!), the huge deck with gorgeous views of the lake, and the waterfront location. Fishing Shenanigans

Group of family and friends go up to Chelan every year to do some fishing and relaxing. This property is excellent especially for the summer when it’s warm for swimming.

perfect spot

beautiful view from all three levels, kids could jump in from the docs, sunbath from the lower level and we could jump on the boat anytime we felt like. Downstairs was perfect space for kids to hang out and have space of their own with small kitchen convienent for drinks and snack food.

Amazing location!

What an amazing property! This home is gorgeous and we loved the privacy it has. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and being on the water. With 3 levels of living and two kitchens it easily accommodated our group of 10. It’s located right between Chelan and Manson making it easy to enjoy all Chelan has to offer. Paradise on Lake Chelan

Beautiful house and expansive view of Lake Chelan! Ideal location that is close to Manson and the town of Chelan. This place is an incredible find and it is awesome being right on the water. We went with family to celebrate college graduation/birthdays and a wedding anniversary! It was a great and memorable place to celebrate. The furnishings are comfy and the king size beds are a plus. It was trully a magical trip. We will be back!

Beautiful and unique home

This is a really unique home with nice touches. The beds were comfy and the wifi was really good, which was important because we were working remotely. There’s lots of space so we were able to stretch out. The views are amazing as well. We visited in winter so we did not get to make use of the abundant outdoor space beyond the hot tub. The spiral staircase in the middle of the house was cool, but would have been challenging if there was a large suitcase. Overall a great place and I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Lake Property

We loved this property! Had four teens with us and it was perfect. First time in Chelan and we had a great time. It was so hot while we were there but with the lake right out the back doors and the ac working nicely it was very comfortable. The only thing that would be difficult to deal with if elderly or young children were in your party is the 3 sets of spiral stairs. They were very doable for our group. Two docks and stairs into the water made lake entry easy (if a bit bumpy from boat activity close to shore in the afternoons). Loved the architecture of this house and the back decks were perfect for watching the sun go down at night.

Great house on the lake

We were excited for this vacation with family and friends. We had two families, 8 guests total, and the house suited us well with tons of space for adults upstairs and plenty of room for the kids downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas and were able to relax and take advantage of everything. Upper deck was great to have coffee and mimosas and the lower deck was great to watch the kids splash around in the lake and later catch the sunset. The house was well cleaned and stocked. Hosts had great communication throughout and provided some really good restaurant and winery recommendations in their welcome packet. We would love to come back and highly recommend this home.

Very Relaxing

The views and sites we had from the home itself were more amazing than the photos. Great clear skies, great views for the sunrise and sunset. We brought our dogs and kids, everyone had a very relaxing time outside in the lake, hot tub and just playing games in the kitchen or lounging inside. We were a bit off season, so there were no crowds anywhere yet we were able to have a good time walking around downtime, and morning runs around the riverwalk. House had so many towels and blankets, it was a bit windy, but so many blankets! Even some for the pets to use. Amenities in kitchen seemed to cover everything we needed, and bathroom as well. We really did not need to bring much with us, just food to eat, the basics and ourselves. Hot tub was warm and ready to go.

Great lake front property

We've been coming Lake Chelan every year in August for the past 4 years and had another great trip. The house is really well done and the location between Chelan and Manson is perfect. The access to the water is some the best we've had and the hot tub near the lake is great for the kids to jump in the lake then hustle in to the tub to warm up. The views of the water from the deck made it easy to be outside, while still in the shade, and watch the kids swim and play in the water. Like every VRBO we've rented the kitchen knives need to be sharpened (we now just bring our own) and being right on the highway made it slightly loud at night so we didn't open the windows to cool down the house at night. Overall it was a great stay in a really cool house!

Amazing Rental/Highly Recommend!!

My four children and husband spent five glorious nights here in mid June. It was absolutely fantastic. The views from the house/deck are one of a kind, including the sunsets and we were lucky enough to catch a lightening storm. There are two neighbors but we only saw a few people all week playing on the dock next door. The docks were perfect for the kids to jump off and play on the lily pad, paddleboard, etc. It is very quiet, slept well and the beds are very comfortable. House has pretty much anything you may need. (no life jackets however.) We actually had professional family portraits done right there at the house and they turned out beautiful! (I wish I could post a pic!). Can't wait to put them on our Christmas Cards this year. I cannot recommend this place more!

My family and I recently stayed here for a week and we were blown away by the beauty and serenity of this place. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a spacious and well-appointed house that has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking, and we spent hours lounging on the deck, soaking in the sun and taking in the scenery. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, you won't be disappointed at Rocky Point Lodge! The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and we woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every morning. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even provided us with a list of recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Rocky Point Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Lake Chelan. We can't wait to come back!
