"I couldn’t tell if this property was open. No one was in the office to check guests in. Note on the door said call this number for front desk. Someone finally arrived and checked us in. The sign for the hotel was painted black, so no sign with the name of the hotel on it. There were very few guests at the hotel. The next morning we went to the breakfast room. No lights on in the lobby. There was someone at the front desk. A few minutes after we started eating breakfast, the hotel staff said they were going outside. We didn’t see them again. The whole stay felt creepy. "

"Tub old and broken sounded as though it would fall through to the next floor. Rubber patching to cover holes. Shower rusted shut to switch from bath to shower, manager had to come to get it to turn on with a tool. Uncomfortable bed and tub walls. Short trip, but hardly slept. Basic for the price though, safe area at least."

"We were given handicap room (not requested) that seemed to be missing a lot of furniture. Bathroom had no counter at all. Some plugs were not working. Security bar in slider was broken. Room was very dated. A/C was loud. "

"The view from the room was beautiful. We viewed snow, cap mountains and trees. The staff was very helpful. Our room was completely refurbished and everything was new. The king size bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling also worked very well."
