Only a short drive to Toledo Town, Cypress Bend Golf Resort, Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park and several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This cozy Fishing Haven has access to a neighborhood boat ramp and beautiful United Bay. Offers a nice backyard with a deck for grilling or just relaxing. Several outdoor receptacles conveniently located for charging boats, etc. plus 30 amp RV receptacle This home is perfect for a fishing trip or just to sit back and relax with family and friends.

Perfect for our Family! Plenty of space, very clean, everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen to make meals... even had a fish fryer! Quiet neighborhood and close to town. Walking distance to the water plus we were able to watch the fireworks show put on by Living the Dream. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The property was nice and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the birds while having our coffee. However, we were under the impression that we could fish off the property. That being the case we left a day early. It was a little warm in the house, we could not control the temperature.

Cozy stay

Very nice place to stay to fish and hang out with the family. The house has everything needed and was within walking distance to the water . Has a spacious backyard and a place to tie your boat so you don’t have to keep loading and unloading it. Nice back deck to bbq on also . The owners are very quick to respond with any questions we had . It’s also very close to town with anything you may need like gas, snacks, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will def be back .

Great escape!

This house is in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! It has a fully stocked kitchen that allows you to prepare all meals, great beds, and plenty of linens. It was very clean, too. Whether you’re in town to fish or just relax, this house is a perfect getaway!
