The resort is beautiful. Restaurant and bar onsite. Only 4 out of 5 stars because housekeeping was a bit lacking. Had to request tge bed be made up one day. Not all towels were changed & glasses not changed daily. Sort of disappointing for the price point.

This hotel was really lovely. The adults only pool and proximity to the water is amazing- the staff were friendly. I also like that the coffee opens at 6am.

The property and room were spotless. Very pretty, kind staff, and amenities excellent! We stayed in The Conch House and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome. We had an excellent meal at the Rhum House and found what we needed at the market. We very much enjoyed a relaxing and beautiful vacation at Grassy Flats!

This was out first stay at Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club and wow!!! First, I would like to comment on how the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are well cared for. Everyone is so kind. And I have to say the bed (in room 208) had without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Just incredible!!! The property is very clean and they keep the grounds nicely manicured. And last but mot least, Wilma, the resort princess...what a pretty kitty. Thank you Grassy Flats. We hope to return sooner than later.

Clean, quiet and serene resort. If you're looking to relax and chill out completely then this is the place. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Absolutely gorgeous sunrise view. The property all around is beautiful. Our room was perfect and the views from the balcony were stunning! The food and drinks were excellent and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The store on the property was very well stocked and could cook up whatever you bought from them. Would highly recommend Grassy Flats resort.
