I have been going here for years, when it was Sombrero. I'm sad to see the decline of this property. I understand there seems to be some construction at the Villas, but I was puzzled why the parking under the Manatee building was roped off and filled with junk and also had what appeared to be jacked up in each spot. The Continental Breakfast leaves much to be desired. If you're going to serve waffles, at least use griddles that aren't so encrusted that you can remove them when they're done, and get waffle irons like any other place that turn to cook. Sadly the property has declined and it looks as though the ambience is the only concern. Lounge chairs are a pretty color, yet they're worn and ripped.

A lot of construction going on but in most respectful way. Service was great and prices respectable for on site accommodations and restaurant. Great food and Included breakfast was fantastic. Not too crowded. Open to public at night which was fun. Would have liked a little better view but was ok especially considering the reasonable price.

Bar/restaurant had consistently surprisingly good food. Pool was good. Bartenders nice. Room was decent. Property in disrepair in many ways. Bikes. Gym is in awful condition. Maybe more average for the Keys?

The room was decent. There was construction going on right outside our balcony (part of the property). The tiki bar did not have a blender ???? There were loose pavers all around the pool. The 1st night we were there, there wasn't any hot water at night. The maid showed up at 4:45pm to clean our room; right as we were getting ready to go out to diner. All in all, not a great experience for the price.
