Fill your vacation days with sunshine and ocean breezes at this charming two-bedroom Marathon condo with a full kitchen, furnished patio, and access to deluxe amenities.

Play a little tennis, get pampered at the spa, or dine in one of the resort restaurants, all within a short walk from your vacation rental. Meet or swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Connection, or head out with a fishing charter at one of the local marinas. Hawks Cay Marina is available to the general public (there is a launch fee). Duck Key Marina is on the same island (a half mile away) a mere two-minute drive away, and offers “in-the-water dockage” as well as trailer storage for dockage rental patrons. Boaters are sure to love having easy access to blue-water fishing!

Perched on the north shore of Duck Key, just northeast of Marathon, this home boasts beautiful views of the water without even needing to step outside! This snowbird-friendly getaway also offers free WiFi, a modern kitchen, a furnished patio, second-story balconies off both bedrooms, and a grassy backyard leading out to the water.

This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Vacasa and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Vacasa guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort.
As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

Our stay was enjoyable. Things can improved 1: the condo was a little musty and my wife is allergic to mold. 2. it was advertised as having TV, There were TV's that would turn off and on,but there were no channels your could get. A message came up that said the cable service was not active...so we had no TV and were not able to get weather forcasts for the days ahead, Haviing advertised there were TV's one can assume that there are available channels to watch. 3. You could of had a small table on the top deck. 4. we were very disappointed that we not allowed to use the pool, We booked this condo because there was a pool in the advertisment. about a week prior we received a confirmation from vcasa confirming the room, and in the fine print it said we could not use the pool. As soon as we saw no pool privileges, we tried to cancel the trip, but were told it would be loss of 50%, so we decided to go and not lose 50% of our of whole reservation.

Wonderful stay!
The property was as listed! The check in process was easy and everything we needed was conveniently provided. The only issues we ran into were that we couldn’t get the tv’s to work properly. Otherwise it was the perfect place!

Winter Vacation
Property was clean and in a very nice neighborhood and section of the keys. The views were beautiful with lots of outdoor space to relax. The furniture could use some upgrades. The couch was not comfortable to sit on. The beds were not comfortable. The armoire in the master bedroom had two drawers, one of which was broken. Make sure you bring a few things for the kitchen. there are no spices no coffee no oil

Disappointed!
This was a last minute decision to head down to the keys for the long vweekend. We thought this spot on Duck Key would be perfect. Price was right and the pics looked good. We booked it. When we arrived we were a little early so we sent a message asking to possibly check in a little early. A few minutes later we received a message saying our reservation did not qualify for early check in??Never heard that before but ok. We waited till check in time and as we were ready to enter ... a lady was also entering. Evidently, she was with the property managers office. Said one of the bedroom tvs needed a new cord ... she had the wrong one ... never saw her again. Neither bedroom tv worked and upon entering we found we had no internet. They kept telling up to " find the modem" and reset. There was no modem anywhere. We kept messaging VACASA and an 800 phone number we were given. Long story shot ... 4 days NO INTERNET. We had a person in our party who needed internet to stay in touch for work purposes. They ended up using all of their monthly data and then some. Please be aware if looking to rent this property ... it was clean altho quite dated. The views were beautiful. I sure wish that access to Hawks Cay resort could have been included ... even for an additional fee! All in all, the lack of internet and lack of help from either vacasa and the person on the other end of that 800 number left a poor taste ... a partial refund is in order I feel. False advertising = something returned

Very nice place
We enjoyed our stay very much, but would like to note that the toaster needs replacing. It smokes excessively while only toasting one side of the bread. We had to open doors (windows painted shut, another issue) to get smoke alarm to turn off. Had to toast outside afterwards. There is no information or receptacles for recycling until bags are brought to dumpster area and then it’s too late for sorting. The drain screen in the shower is missing so the very tiny soaps when dropped fall right in. There is a large, icky stain on the wall next to the bed.
