The Studio on Hamilton Creek

This charming vacation rental is located in Marble Falls, Texas and is the perfect accommodation for a stay in the Texas Hill Country. The studio-style rental can comfortably sleep five guests. Outside guests will find a lovely view of the creek from the covered deck where you can relax on the porch swing, eat at the bistro table or chill around the fire pit.
The studio-style rental features a queen-sized bed, a lofted twin and a futon that folds down into a double. The Studio has a spacious full bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
A glass panel helps to separate the sleeping area from the living area, where guests can find the futon, a lounge chair and a flat-screen TV with Dish service. Underneath the elevated bunk is a reading nook with a comfy rug, bean bag chair and a lamp. In the cabinet you will find games and books for leisure reading.
Meals can be easily prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, which is appointed with appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. There’s a dining table located in the eat-in kitchen area.
The Studio apartment is in a metal building adorned with cool metal signs, along with landscaping and flowers. The front side of the building is used as storage.
Situated on our 6 acre property, the cabin comes with its own bbq grill and firepit. Guests have access to the creek where you can fish and swim. We provide canoes on a first come, first serve basis and there is a treehouse for the kids! Unfortunately, due to our location, we are unable to provide guests with WiFi at this time, but we are happy to provide you with a list of local free WiFi hotspots!
Our property manager, lives onsite and is available to answer any questions and handle any issues during your stay.
We live in a rural area, and we are located off a county road. Our property is gated, and we will send you the code in the welcome message.
Since we live in a rural community, there isn't public transit. There is a Lyft/Uber driver available from time to time.
We are located about 7 miles outside Marble Falls. There is an HEB, Walmart and movie theatre, as well as several restaurants, wineries and breweries. We will provide you with a magazine detailing local attractions and we're also available to make recommendations!
