The villa is in an exclusive location on a hill facing the sea, on the edge of the small village of Colle d'Orano in the wild west coast of 'Elba Island. It has a beautiful sea view even inside the house and on one side of it you can also see the mountainous relief of the island. From the house you can see the tip of Corsica , Capraia and with high visibility you can see Gorgona and the coast of Tuscany. From the living room terrace you can admire breathtaking sunsets. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area even in high season. It consists of several levels with several equipped terraces facing the sea and a garden all around the house very well maintained. The 'main entrance is in the first level where there is the living room, the living room with the sea view terrace, the kitchenette with balcony, a bathroom with shower. The second level is in the lower floor connected by a staircase. On this floor there is the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed that can be split with a balcony accessing the garden, a double bedroom with a balcony, a single bedroom with the possibility of adding a bed that overlooks the front garden, a windowed bathroom with shower. It has a third basement level accessible only from the garden where there is a third bathroom with washing machine. The house has heating and no need for air conditioning because it is cool being well oriented and located in a very breezy location. It does not have internet, but the area has signal coverage and you can use the internet through your smartphone or tablet. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There are restaurants nearby. A few meters from the house start two very scenic alternative walking trails that reach the bay below Patresi in about 15 minutes. It can also be reached by car or shuttle in 10 minutes. Within a 20-minute drive, there are several sand, pebble and rocky beaches. Some of them offer scuba diving, surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, and canoeing. Among the sandy beaches are Fetovaia and Cavoli, which are among the most famous on the island. From the village branch off several paths with spectacular views that cross the Mediterranean maquis reaching archaeological sites and ancient goat farms.
