Additionally, comfort is guaranteed thanks to the air conditioning, perfect for hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern induction stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals independently. The bathroom, also renovated, features an elegant shower box. One of the highlights of this studio is the equipped outdoor space, where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Marciana Marina. For those arriving by car, there is a private parking space available, eliminating any parking worries. The location is truly ideal: in just 800 meters on foot, you can reach the center and the beautiful beach on the seafront. This means you can leave your car at home and enjoy pleasant walks to explore everything Marciana Marina has to offer.
