The apartment is spread over two floors and has a total area of approximately 170 square metres.
On the first floor are the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace, and the dining room—all interconnected and featuring French doors that open directly onto the surrounding garden.
On the pool side is a pergola that extends along two sides and is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
In addition to these communal areas, the first floor also features a guest bathroom and a storage room.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a view of the pool, a twin bedroom with a small loggia furnished with a small table and two chairs, and another single bedroom with a pull-out bed underneath.
The furnishings are custom-designed and crafted by local artisans or sourced from the antique markets periodically held in Arezzo, Cortona, or neighbouring towns.
The kitchen is also custom-designed in lacquered solid wood and equipped with top-brand appliances.
