Luxurious Waterfront Home 5 minute drive to the Gulf. This custom built home has every amenity imaginable - two lovely pools, both heated, as well as an outdoor kitchen, a long view of the canal with private dock and sundeck for your pleasure. This elegant two-story home with custom staircase and vaulted ceilings has been designer furnished with taste. Designer chaises in the foyer with piano provide a spectacular view inside and out. The master suite is privately located on the second floor with an elevator and includes a fireplace! The master bathroom has a soaking tub, large walk-in tile and glass shower and duel sinks. The master balcony offers privacy for your morning coffee.
A second master bedroom with king-size bed is located on the ground level with a private bath. The third bedroom with twin beds also has its own full bath The family area is comfortable and open to the large gourmet kitchen with every comfort of home. Granite countertops, large island stove, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and plenty of space to prepare that gourmet meal. An office is located on the ground floor with high speed internet access and queen sofa bed. It is time for a relaxing vacation in this lovely fully equipped custom designed home.

This home is walking distance to some great restaurants on the island including the famous Doreen's Cup of Joe and Joey's pizza.
Please note that we do not heat the pools during our Summer months: May through mid-November
Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
