Beautiful dining area that seats 8. New furniture through out, 2 pack n plays. Highchair plus more. Great for families. Enjoy cook outs or relaxing by the pool and hot tub. This property was a great fit for our group. The best part is the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area. I appreciated the stocked kitchen, that included basic spices. I also appreciated basic supplies included such as hand and dishsoap, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags. The house is located in a nice area and was overall wonderful.

The property was great. Plenty of pool floats, beach toys, chairs, etc for our family of 6. The house is very clean and spacious, leaving plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will absolutely look for this property again when we come back to Marco next summer!

Amazing Villa

We had such an amazing time at the Villa. Extremely clean and access was super easy. The pool and Spa were enjoyed by all. Plenty of gas for the BBQ. My son spent most of his time fishing on the boat docked. We can't wait to come back again.

Perfect House on Marco

Husband and I had a wonderful week at this house. It's a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood--perfect for walking. We spent alot of time on the lanai enjoying the pool, hot tub and watching dolphins! We ate outside using the gas grill. Of course we also enjoyed Marco restaurants!

Awesome!

Our family has been to Marco around 10 times and this was our favorite house thus far. There is everything you need for spending time around the house or a day trip to the beach. We loved sitting out on the dock watching the dolphins, fish, etc. The location is great as it is a quiet neighborhood. Cannot say enough positive things. We will definitely be checking availability upon booking our next trip to Marco.

Quiet and Great Location

Pros: quiet neighborhood; location away from busy area but close enough to everything; spacious inside; nice pool area. Cons: house is in need of a deep clean & organization all around, including the grill (couldn't use it at all); beds are very soft. We had a tough start to our stay but the owner was very responsive and quickly worked to help our situation, which we greatly appreciated.
