COMPLETELY RENOVATED - Marco Island Somerset- 2BR 2BA W/Den and Wi-Fi! UNIT #807

We have just completed a total renovation of the Somerset #807. More photos will follow shortly.
Located at the South end of the Crescent Beach on Marco Island, this is a Direct Beachfront Top Floor Unit with over 1700 square feet. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies. You can see the sunrise on the rear balcony and a gorgeous sunset on the Beachfront balcony. This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Somerset #807and it has 5 TV's, 4 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.
The Master Bedroom has a Kingsdown King Size Bed, a 32-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player, dressers and Walk-In closet. The large Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, closet, and separate vanity area.
The Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, a 24-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. The Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, and designer appliances and fixtures including an electric range, air fry oven, and a microwave. There is also a Full-Size Laundry Tower with Clothes Washer and Steam Dryer inside the unit. The Dining room and Living Room Area has a 55-inch Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and a fully equipped Wet Bar. The Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area with printer, two TV's and a DVD, and Breakfast Area.
Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Cooler, five Bicycles, four sets of Golf Clubs, and Tennis Racquets are available for your use for free!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

RENTAL APPLICATION (AND APPLICABLE FEE): A RENTAL APPLICATION AND APPLICABLE FEE totaling $154.95 which includes a Somerset Application Fee of $150 and a convenience fee of $4.95 MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE. OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED PER THE SOMERSET CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES WITH NO REFUNDS. Guest will pay the application fee on-line AFTER booking.

RENTALS are typically on a SATURDAY-to-SATURDAY basis.

TURTLE SEASON: Because of Turtle Season During May 1 - October 31 each year, Renters must close all drapes and window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights. The lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtles. The Turtles are endangered and are protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against both the occupant and the owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

CONSTRUCTION: Painting of the entire exterior of the Somerset complex along with replacement of windows was completed in early 2025. All painting of our Somerset #807 is complete along with a total renovation of the Condo.
If any construction is necessary at the Somerset complex, it will take place Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM although management may allow work outside of those days and/or hours on a as needed basis.

Perfect!! I don't have a single thing to complain about this property or the hosts. Gene was immediately available if I needed anything. I only had to call once, though, because everything went so smoothly. So many extras, from sunglasses to fishing equipment to extra bags to collect seashells. It truly felt like home away from home! The air conditioning was great, and the beach, of course, was beautiful. Many great places to eat and shop, many within walking distance. Great location!

Excellent relaxing vacation spot

We have stayed in several locations on Marco Island in the past and this property ranks high on our list. We loved the balconies on the west and east side of the condo. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the spacious unit. The owners were great to work with and have done a great job in renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay

Great stay in a great property. We have visited Marco many times and this is our favorite place to stay. Owner and manager are very responsive and easy to deal with. Property is an ideal location and well supplied. Very clean and well kept. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Right on the beach

We enjoyed our time at this condo. We did have a ceiling fan lose a blade but found the owner responsive and very kind. She actually had a spare part and my husband fixed it. The condo complex was very safe; had to swipe to get into complex, in and out of the beach walk way. I did appreciate that but wish we could have gotten more than two keys to help with all the back and forth with teenager and younger child wanting to go to and from pool, etc. The condo itself is very large. We found the beds to be comfortable, which is my number one worry every time I VRBO. Another great thing was there was lots of detergent, extra towels, Kleenex, even showering products and sunscreen which came in useful. The place is very dated/old, which we could see by the pictures. However, I do hope they work on the grouting in the master bathroom (floor and shower) as it was dirty and would come out as you even walked on it. Overall, I would come back here to this condo based on location, size, and the owner being easy to deal with.

Great condo, great location, great owners

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owners were very communicative and responsive during our stay (including mailing back a cell phone we inadvertently left behind). Watching dolphins every day from our balcony was fantastic, matched only by when we ventured down to the beach and got within 25 feet or so of them swimming in the surf. The condo was comfortable, clean, and one of the largest 2 bedrooms we have stayed in with the separate front office area (which also had another 4 person table, full desk, and couch). The condo also was one of the most appointed we have ever been to - the owners thought of everything from a basket of sunscreen, to any kitchen tool you could imagine, to beach toys/chairs/shade - and anything else we needed. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend for a family looking to have a wonderful week!

Absolutely Perfect!

This 8 th floor condo is perfect! The view is outstanding! It has everything you could need for an awesome vacation-beautiful,quiet beach, beach chairs ,towels and just steps away from the beach. The 2 pools are heated with plenty of lounge chairs and never crowded. Inside, you will find everything you could need in a well stocked kitchen with plenty of space . There are 2 balconies so you can watch the sunrise from one and sunset from the other! I enjoyed the soaking tub after our long walks on the beach. It was convenient to have the locker on the ground floor to store all the beach stuff so you didn’t have to carry it back and forth. Somerset is easy to get in and out of and close to everything but not in the middle of the busier area. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect vacation home. The view of the beach is stunning. The sunsets gorgeous. We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is huge and clean. The kitchen fully stocked. I was also so amazed by how generous the owners are with extra amenities in case you forgot something. We cannot wait to come back!

Another beautiful Marco family vacation

This was our 3rd stay at Somerset and our first at this condo. Gene and Cindy were very accommodating to our family of five. It was nice to have so many comforts of home on hand while enjoying our beach stay. We will be back.

A Great Experience

Best stocked vacation rental ever. Very spacious. Location is great. Property amenities a real plus (pickleball courts, tennis courts, two pools, charcoal provided for grills, workout facility.) Storage for beach equipment makes a big difference. First trip to Marco Island - very nice with beautiful beaches.

Amazing Property

We have stayed in countless condo rentals and this was by far one of our favorites! The reviews of it being well-stocked are beyond accurate - literally everything that one would need are present. The proximity to the beach is incredibly convenient. And the beach supplies located in storage to and from the beach are very handy - no need to track your chairs (and sand) to the unit everyday. The owners are amazing and personally contacted us during the stay. Great unit, would definitely recommend!
