Marianna's Place to Stay
Our stay here was comfortable and very satisfying. The inclusive breakfast was well stocked and presented nicely. All in all, we had a most positive experience here and can honestly recommend this wonderful extended stay for your next trip.

The pictures of this property don’t come close to the actual rooms. We stayed in a basic 2 queen room so I can’t speak about the suite type rooms, however our room was so incredibly unclean. We travel with young children, so staying in this room, we were so incredibly unhappy. The bathroom looks as is if it had never been swept in months behind the door, there was old hair and dust on the floor behind the door. Our bathtub hadn’t been cleaned either. The refrigerator still had someone’s old drink cup in it and was yellowed on the inside, completely unclean. The towels had stains on them. And our bedsheets, as my 6 year old noticed, it looked like somebody spilled spaghetti sauce on it and never cleaned it. Our room looked almost undinished also, the doorframe on the inside was missing so there was a draft from the cold air coming in. Paint was all scratched off the walls, just making the room look like a very cheap dirty motel. Also, as we pulled up to check in, there was about 3 police cars and the police looked like they were looking for someone on the property, imagine pulling up to that with children. Eventually they found them, we left to go eat and as we got back they were leaving with someone. It’s nice to know police are around, but not to know they’re looking for someone at your hotel. Definately not an ideal hotel, especially with children. The only saving grace of this hotel was the front desk clerk, he was incredibly sweet and polite.

It was okay, not the best. Pictures are definitely catfish. Also I was freaked out by this man with the is girl who kept staking me. Never again didn't feel safe.

The deadbolt was difficult to lock, the bed couldn’t be set up in front of the headboard. The ceiling fan only worked if the light was on, so you couldn’t use it at night.

Conveniently located next to I-10 and allows pets, but that's all that can be said for this hotel. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the room was dirty, several fixtures (smoke alarm, threshold, bathtub fixtures) were broken, and there was loud rap music playing outside accompanied by loud arguing late at night. No comments either way about the staff as we had very little interaction with them. They seemed nice enough.

Nasty as heck
Cockroaches everywhere was no clean towels in the room or wash. Rags, there was dirt all over the floor there was a smell. The door didn't even seal up tight didn't mean shut tight andun 🔐. Nasty smells like routing meat bathroom would only flush every other time sometimes. Beds very uncomfortable, bag for the ice had a white dry crushed something on it.
