"The hotel itself is quite modern and relatively new. The building is nice, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It has all the amenities that are advertised, and overall the room looked good and acceptable in terms of cleanliness. However, the biggest issue is the location. While it is true that the hotel is close to the airport, the surrounding area is very poor. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with unpaved roads, and there is absolutely nothing nearby — no restaurants, no shops, nothing to do. The area feels unsafe, especially at night. Regarding cleanliness, it was just acceptable. For example, the bathroom trash bin had long hairs in it, which was unpleasant and made it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The view from the room was also very disappointing. My room faced the back, and the view was of very modest houses — nothing nice or enjoyable to look at. Additionally, the hallways and areas near the rooms had a bad smell, often like food. It even felt like some people might be living there rather than just staying as guests, as there were children around and the atmosphere felt more like apartments than a hotel. I only stayed one night before leaving Paraguay, and although the hotel includes breakfast, I couldn’t try it because I had to leave very early in the morning.
