With seven bedrooms across three levels, a private sauna and hot tub overlooking the trees, and a separate lower-level apartment, it's built for big groups who want room to spread out and space to come together. Sleeps up to 18, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Ahead of your arrival, we'll send a custom digital guest portal built just for your stay. From there you can request early check-in/late check-out and browse our personal recommendations for dining, hiking, and exploring the area, so everything's set before you even arrive.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to give you a seamless, independent stay. With self check-in, you're free to come and go on your own schedule from the moment you arrive. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we're always just a message or call away—happy to answer questions or help with anything you need to make your time here comfortable and memorable.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee—please request at least 24 hours in advance, subject to approval and availability.

PETS: Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each) with a one-time $200 fee per pet, shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed before arrival, kept supervised, and not allowed to roam the neighborhood. Please keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture.

DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay, charged separately after booking and needed to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and lets us resolve accidental damage quickly.

PICKLEBALL COURT: Paddles and balls are provided.
TRASH: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all garbage.

DELIVERIES & FORGOTTEN ITEMS: We're unable to take responsibility for lost items or for packages delivered before or after your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
