Villa Marsala, located on a hill overlooking the sea of western Sicily with a view of Mothia and the Egladi Islands, wants to offer its guests a relaxing and comfortable stay where everything has been designed to give beauty & psychophysical well-being.

THE OUTDOORS:
The outdoor spaces of Villa Marsala are very large and cared for down to the smallest detail thanks to the project of a famous local architect.
The minimal and essential style makes every corner comfortable and beautiful to live in.
The whole house overlooks the luxuriant garden with tropical plants and the infinity pool, treated with a local sea salt sterilization process and equipped with a whirlpool corner from which to admire the suggestive summer sunsets.

The swimming pool is then surrounded by the solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds as well as a relaxation area with comfortable sofas in the shade of a typical pergola covered with bamboo canes.

Beautiful terraces on all levels of the villa from which to enjoy the marvelous sea view of the Egadi Islands (islands of Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo, the islet of Formica and the rock of Maraone) and the Stagnone of Marsala, the largest lagoon in the Sicily, characterized by shallow waters and between the four islands of San Pantaleo, Isola Grande, Schola and Santa Maria.

Still available to guests at the back of the villa, the external built-in kitchen with a large marble table where you can have lunch amidst the scents of orange blossoms and the yellow of lemons.

Finally, Villa Marsala has a large parking area for its guests.

Finally, there are cats and kittens that happily wander around the garden of the villa.

INTERIORS:
Villa Marsala with a minimal design is ideal for those who love modernity and comfort. Spread over 3 floors.

_On the ground floor we have the entire living area with a large and super-equipped open kitchen with 2 refrigerators, the living area with smart TV/Netfix and the dining area, with a large table for eating and from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and on the pool. From here you have direct access to the terrace facing the pool. A service bathroom.
_On the first floor we have the sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have a hydromassage tub and direct access to the terraces with sea view.
_On the second floor we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydromassage shower.

The whole villa is equipped with the most advanced technology as well as attention to every detail where an elegant and sober style triumphs at the same time, in short, a graceful and refined luxury villa.

HOW TO CHECK IN:
CHECK IN: from 15:00 to 20:00
LATE CHECK-IN: between 20:00 and 23:00 with a supplement of €50.00
CHECK OUT: by 10:00

KEY DELIVERY:
A service person will be present at the arrival of the Guests and will give them all the necessary information about the House as well as the keys.

THE HOUSE RULES:
Housekeeping takes place on Wednesdays (10:00 - 12:00)
The change of bathroom linen is 2 times a week (Wednesday and Saturday)
Pool towels are changed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday)
Bed linen change is once a week (Saturday)

Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
Separate collection is mandatory (otherwise a penalty of 100.00 will be applied)
