Non è un hotel, ma un B&B a 4 stelle

Nel complesso ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno. Sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che mi aspettavo un hotel a 4 stelle, con tutti i servizi di un 4 stelle, ma in realtà e più un b&b a 4 stelle. Appena arrivato in camera, non c'era il frigobar e questa cosa mi ha dato un po' fastidio. Le pulizie avvengono tutti i giorni in maniera eccellente, ma gli asciugamani non vengono sempre sostituiti, ma ripiegati per l'utilizzo nel giorno successivo; preferivo che venissero sostituiti tutti i giorni, ma sono sicuro che se lo avessi comunicato me li avrebbero cambiati tutti i giorni. Per il resto un soggiorno ottimale, servizi ottimi, pulizia ottima e personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Séjour très agréable, nous avons eu un super accueil , après de longues heures de route, les jus de fruits frais et la corbeilles de fruits étaient les bienvenues, merci encore au personnel qui est au petit soin. Très belle ville de Martina Franca vraiment à voir, le soir une très bonne ambiance

zimmerservice sehr schlecht 1. schmutziges handtuch (von mir markiert) wird vom boden jeden tag wieder zusammengelegt zu den neuen gelegt! 2. abfluß vom bidet läßt sich eine woche lang nicht öffnen. wird nicht repariert obwohl das wasser nicht abrinnt! 3. der syphon unter dem waschbecken ist undicht und tropft. 4. bei fallweiser sehr lauter musik im erdgeschoß dröhnen die wände bis mitternacht! 5. nur kleines dürtiges ital. buffet zum frühstück.

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones.

En la parte inferior y al lado del Hotel está un restaurante que se dedica, entre otras cosas, a dar eventos como bodas. Dicho local ni las habitaciones están insonorizadas, Por lo que el ruido en las habitaciones son insoportables. Vibra hasta el suelo. Proteste y me cambiaron de habitación, a una más alejada, pero el ruido seguía. Al día siguiente ya no había boda, pero habría otro acontecimiento, por lo que tampoco descansamos bien. No lo recomiendo. El Hotel está un poco alejado de la ciudad. Hay que ir en coche.

Martina franca une merveille

L hôtel est à l extérieur du centre historique, il faut un véhicule pour s y rendre, il y a un grand parking gratuit. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre, la literie est de qualité nous recommandons cet établissement.

che armonia!

Hotel a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Martina Franca, curatissimo nei dettagli, impeccabile nell'accoglienza. Abbiamo pagato una camera doppia e il servizio culla per la bimba a soli 70euro, pochissimo per un 4stelle, tutte meritatissime. Piccoli attenzioni per la bimba, come cucchiaini e scaldapappe in camera, che per un genitore sono fondamentali, per non parlare poi della culla, provvista di tutto punto, cuscinetto incluso (altrove neanche il materassino!) Colazione favolosa, dolci freschi, della migliore pasticceria. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci!

albergo ben curato ma con alcune problematiche....

l'albergo si presenta in ottimo stato, con parcheggio privato e a pochi chilometri dal centro città. Personale disponibile ed accogliente, stanze in buono stato pur presentando alcune lacune (televisore di piccolissime dimensioni, mancanza delle plafoniera nella luce a soffitto del bagno, stanza caldissima con finestra che apre su terrazzo, vicinanza con locale con musica alta sino a notte inoltrata)

We arrived off season at 4pm,there was nobody at the reception, we had to call the owner who came after half an hour. All the rooms are without windows wich gives you an unpleasant feeling. Pooor breakfast. For season time only
