TD Trulli Perla Bianca Trulli w/ Pool & Vineyards

Trulli Perla Bianca is a complex of authentic stone cones nestled in the countryside of Martina Franca, in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, the perfect place to experience a unique stay while enjoying a stunning view of the vineyard in front of the house.

The trulli are set in a garden of over one hectare.

The property also includes a charming private vineyard and a swimming pool with hydrotherapy jets, where you can admire breathtaking sunsets.

Upon entering through the gate, you reach the private parking area, and immediately arrive at the front of the house, which features a table for outdoor dining and a large oak tree providing shade over the barbecue. A pathway lined with ornamental plants leads to the 4x10 meter pool, which is equipped with a solarium and sun loungers, a convenient outdoor hot shower, and a seating area with cushions for ultimate relaxation while sipping an aperitif at sunset. The outdoor area also offers Wi-Fi.

The entrance to the trulli leads into a charming living area with arches and cones, featuring a sofa and acting as a hallway to the three bedrooms, all with double beds, equipped with drawers and characteristic hanging spaces built into the niches. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a private shower. On the right side of the living area, under an arch, there is a small and cozy dining room with a table, connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all amenities. There is an additional bathroom with a shower serving the rest of the house. The home is elegantly furnished with antique furniture, local craftsmanship, and fine details.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

The property was built with an eye toward sustainability: it is equipped with a photovoltaic system and an electric car charging station.

Trulli Perla Bianca, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, is just 3.5 km from Locorotondo and 5 km from the center of Martina Franca, where you'll find large supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants offering the typical "fornello" grilled meat. Also nearby are other charming historical centers such as Alberobello, Cisternino, Ostuni, Monopoli, and much more. The coast is easily accessible from both the Adriatic and Ionian sides.
