Trulli della Chianca is a typical Apulian rural house which is ideal as a holiday home for 4 guests, for authenthic stays in Puglia, a few kilomters away from the beaches on the Ionian side of northern Salento.
It has a large outdoor equipped area with built-in barbecue and parking,
while the holiday home is equipped with accessories such as kitchenette
with microwave oven and espresso machine, fridge, fans, hair-dryer and
tv.
Pets are allowed.

The
trulli are two big stone cones, also known as "twin trulli". They date
back to the `400 and are in a big historic property, Masseria Pepe,
which was renovated into an accommodating facility.
In the front yard of Trulli La Chianca there is a gazebo with outdoor dining area and built-in sofa with comfortable cushions. Near the gazebo, there is the perfect built-in barbecue.
Trulli
della Chianca consists of two cones: in the first one there is the
living room with a small kitchenette, dining area and 2 twin-sized beds.
In the second trullo there is a double bedroom with four-poster bed and a small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

is a short drive away fromt he city centres with its services, such as
Maruggio and Torricella, but also the wineries and the many restaurants
in the area of Puglia.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Water not drinkable.
