The saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case that’s pretty much it. We were basically only going to be sleeping in the room. The pool areas was nice and clean. The staff was as helpful as they could be. The room itself wasn’t terrible but definitely could use a good deep cleaning and bedding changed regularly. Found little hairs in the bedding looks like maybe bedding wasn’t changed before we checked in from prior people. All in all just needing to sleep somewhere it was ok.

Nice staff and great price. Only issue I had was We had 2 adults and 3 children in our room. Was only given TWO bath towels. When I went to the front desk I was told they didnt have anymore. And was given bath mat floor towels (not large at all) I guess something is better than nothing. Could have been a little cleaner. Couldnt beat the price though!

The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area.

Check in was great very friendly. Had trouble with our keys. I don’t know if was the keys or the doorlock. Had to have them redone twice. Great accommodations for service dog Right outside from our room on ground floor. Only disappointment was check out morning for breakfast. I was told person. Didn’t show for shift. Employee at desk apparently didn’t think they could make sure it was clean and refill things like fruit, bagels aready individually wrapped maybe not their job but sure word have been nice and better than people being angry. Otherwise nice trip there
