The house is beautiful and spotless and what a gorgeous spot on the lake where you can watch sunsets every night. It is close to shopping if you need to and great restaurants and the owner of the property always responded to my questions right away and very friendly. I would recommend this house to anybody and I look forward to staying there again someday.

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The house is perfect and the kitchen is stocked with a great variety of pots, pans and even big serving platters and big bowls (which many places just don't provide). We loved having our own private beach and there were children's kaiaks and a canoe that we loved using on the water. Also so nice that 6 Adirondack chairs are provided for the beach. We will definitely be renting this home again and appreciate all the attention to details that the owners provided!!Only one suggestion and that is to put a shade on the door that goes into the added kitchen apartment area. Since people go by that door all the time, you can see right into the bathroom if the bathroom door is open.

32nd annual female cousin’s weekend

The lakefront property was wonderful, and the house couldn’t have been better. There were 10 of us who enjoyed gathering around the oversized island, and eating at a table that was big enough for us to eat together. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Wedding weekend in Cape Cod

We stayed with extended family while attending our son's wedding in nearby Falmouth. Everyone in the party said how wonderful the house was, right on a lake was. If not for the fact that it was a rainy weekend, we would have made use of the canoes to explore the lake!

Great trip to the lake

The house was beautiful and had so many rooms for people to sleep in. The backyard with the lake area was perfect and my friends and I really enjoyed it. Check in process was easy and William was a great host. He constantly communicated with me during the trip and was very helpful accommodating our stay.

Spacious, lovely lake front accommodations. Fabulous kitchen and lovely views of lake from dining room, living room and upstairs bedrooms. Close to market and take out restaurants.

Peaceful and beautiful location!

We rented the house for my husbands 40th for a long weekend. Beautiful house, view and location. Master bedroom with gorgeous view to wake up to and the bed/linens were super comfortable. Ample space for 4 adult couples. Huge kitchen with oversized island was great for meals and to socialize around. Sunsets were amazing. Wish the weather was a bit warmer but we enjoyed sitting out in back yard and the private beach area. Wonder in the summer months if use of jet skis are included? (That would be a nice plus) 2 firepits outside but only 1 propane tank that was empty so we filled ourselves. Owner William very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Wish the maid service had set up garbage bags in kitchen/bathroom trash bins and soap dispensers were empty throughout the house so I had to fill myself before guests arrived. fireplace inside didn’t work. Just need to Add indoor music hookup/speakers, some outside string lights and a hot tub and that would complete the house. Overall great house and location for a large group looking for some R&R.

We had a wonderful time in Mashpee. It was close to stores and restaurants. There were children’s kayaks, but we are women in our seventies, so those didn’t work for us. We had a fantastic time there. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The gas fireplace wasn’t working and I would recommend bringing a ladle, and a colander if needed. There was a great fire pit and you can purchase wood at the supermarket. I would highly recommend this lovely home!!

This house was beautiful and the private beach on the lake was absolutely perfect for our group! Host was very responsive and accommodating with check in. Check out process was a little unclear. Would recommend double checking with host to avoid confusion!

Wonderful Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend stay with a group. The house was clean and more than enough sheets, towels and other amenities. There are beautiful views of the lake from all the windows and the backyard and private beach was the best place to spend the day. The host was very communicative and answered all my questions right away. I highly recommend the place!

House overlooking the Lake

Beautiful property. Comfortable and spacious. Beautiful setting overlooking John’s Pond in Mashpee. Checking in at 3 pm was fine . We would have preferred to check out later than 10 am . Noon would have been great Cleaning service was not up to par . They were not finished when we were there to check in and we had to finished up some of the laundry. The owner compensated by allowing us to stay a bit longer. I appreciated his flexibility and attention.Overall we really enjoyed the experience very much.
