Fantastic place! Clean, bright, and comfortable with plenty of space for the five of us. It's only a few minutes' walk to the private beach and to the Popponesset Marketplace. A superb location; one of our best Cape Cod vacations.

Fabulous vacation. There is no better location in Poppy and can't wait to return. Some items to note for future improvements - 2 of the 3 beds are quite loud/squeak (bottom bunk bedframe and bed in apartment), the outside shower water pressure is weak and furniture could be updated

Great Cape Rental

This is a great location, one block from the beach. The house is great, with a separate suite upstairs. We had a minor electrical problem but the property manager was there within ten minutes of calling to resolve the issue.

Beautiful spot

Great neighborhood, beautiful beach and area. The home was clean, comfortable, updated. I was only there for a long weekend for a wedding nearby but this would be an awesome house for a family beach vacation. I have been to many parts of the Cape but never here. I would definitely return!

The location was perfect!

the house was well appointed -meaning the kitchen was stocked and towels, etc. The part that was a little odd was the following: it is truly two apartments - meaning the friends of mine that stayed in the upstairs bedroom had to walk outside to get back into the main house or through the main bedroom (with the king size bed). It was not obvious in the listing and it should be. Also, check out time was 9:30 am which is rather early but then I was required to wash the towels? So honestly - I am not sure what time I had to start that process in order to be out at 9:30 am. I ended up having to leave them in the dryer because I "ran out of time to wait for them to be dry". Positively - it was quiet, the king size bed downstairs was comfy - the upstairs bed not as comfy - my friends said they did not sleep well because the box spring was very loud whenever one of them changed positions during the night. The outdoor area was nice and having access to the garage was a bonus since we had our bikes with us for safety. Our morning walks were lovely as the community has everything you could want. We overall had a wonderful time but this a few tweaks would make this place perfect.

“Escape” Peace Solitude Rest

This home WOW. So much more than we expected. 4 adults together and separate. If you want to be with family yet need space this is your place. Main unit complete with everything you need. Cookware towels bedding enough space for 2 without stepping on each other. If you have kids there is a room with bunk - spacious and clean. Did I say clean - yeah clean! Modern updated. Beautiful! best part the bonus room over the garage! Absolutely perfect for 2 people! Spacious bright cheery and just enough! Gather with family or run away . Perfect perfect perfect. Oh and did I say clean? There are a few little surprises that I will leave to you when you rent it. I won’t be a mistake! So grateful for this opportunity. See you next year!
