Casa Milena is situated on the hills of Val di Nievole, half way between Lucca and Pistoia, immersed in the greenery, surrounded by high trees and in the vicinity to a little torrent, part of an old mill, which in antique times was grinding the grain.
The guests will have available for their use a small volley ball court.
Casa Milena disposes of a terrace garden, of about 500sqm, completely fenced, a half in the ground built swimming pool (one side on the ground level; size: 3.8 x 7.9 m; Depth: 1.2m) equipped with deck chairs, umbrella and a veranda with table, chairs and a barbecue for dining al fresco.Parking within property.
The other part of the house, with an independent entrance, is inhabited only from time to time.

The house is conveniently located to reach restaurants and shops (2km) or for visiting cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Montecatini Terme (in only 6km) the latter famous for its healing waters and its therapeutic springs.
Here the guests find also very nice boutiques, a horse stable and a Golf court. Guests have also the possibility to organize foot walks or trips by bike to visit the little and medieval hamlets such as Buggiano Castello, Uzzano and Massa Cozzile, where it is possible to taste local specialties in characteristic restaurants.
Entrance ground floor: across the covered veranda entry into the living room with a sofa, dining table, fire place, SAT-TV, kitchen with stove (4 fires) microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, utility room with washing machine.
First Floor: walk through room with 1 double bed settee, baby bed (baby chair), 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet.
The house is furnished with care in a rustic style with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and a built in kitchen.
