RESORT LUBRENSE - MASSA LUBRENSE
Resort Lubrense consists of three villas which are located close to Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. The resort is situated in a children-friendly neighbourhood conveniently located for shops, restaurants, and buses and within easy driving distance of beaches. Sorrento is just 10 km away and the popular towns of Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and Capri Island are all within easy reach by car or public transport from Sorrento.

Guests in the villas can use the shared swimming pool (12.5m x 8m; depth 1.5m, open from 1 April to 31 October) and sunbathing area (with sun loungers), as well as the garden which offers shady dining and relaxation areas, a gazebo (with bar), pizza oven and barbecue facilities, outdoor showers, and onsite parking.

Resort Lubrense (315 sqm) consists of two 3-bedroom villas and one 4-bedroom villa which are rented together (Villa Fiore Di Campo, Villa Mandragola and Villa Partenio).

VILLA FIORE DI CAMPO (sleeps 8)
Villa Fiore Di Campo (95 sqm) develops over two levels. One the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with two sofa beds), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen corner, as well as a guest bathroom (with basin, toilet). In the sleeping area on this level, there is one double bedroom (with king size bed, TV, and French windows to the garden) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds, bedside tables, and French windows to the garden) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

Next to the villa you will find a furnished private terrace.

VILLA MANDRAGOLA (sleeps 9)
Villa Mandragola (120 sqm) develops over two levels and consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen area with a breakfast bar (with seating for three). In the sleeping area, you will find one double/triple bedroom (with king size bed and single sofa bed), one double bedroom (with king size bed), two double bedrooms (with double beds), one bathroom (with shower) and four ensuite bathrooms (three with showers, one with tub).

Next to the villa, you will find a furnished veranda with a dining table and two comfortable chairs, as well as a private roof terrace (with jacuzzi and sun loungers).

Villa Partenio (100 sqm) develops over two levels. The entrance on the ground floor and leads into a living room with a sitting area (with a single sofa bed, fireplace, and TV) and a dining table (seating 6). Another door leads to a well-equipped kitchen (with double doors to the garden) which includes a fridge, oven, induction hob and microwave.

On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area with three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- one double bedroom (with king size bed, TV and furnished balcony) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one double/triple bedroom (with king size bed, single bed, TV and furnished balcony)
- one double bedroom (with double bed and TV)
- one bathroom (with shower)
- one guest bathroom (with toilet)

Next to the villa, you will find a furnished terrace with a dining and relaxation area, as well as an area with a jacuzzi hot tub and sun beds.

- On the same property, there is also the owner's villa but he will not use the pool during the guests stay. However, on this property, there are also two bedrooms that are rented as BandBs and when those rooms are rented, the guests can use the pool as well.
