you are about to find everything brand new: the kitchen, the appliances, the furnishings. Some vintage, beautiful, tasteful furniture has been placed to characterize the house.
Villetta dei Pony awaits you for your holidays in the name of modernity, from the comfort given by the brand new, surrounded by the tranquility and privacy of the Tuscan hills facing the sea.
The rental cottage is located within the large "Pony Ranch" property, spanning over 10,000 square meters.
The parking lot, swimming pool, and a private, enclosed 300-square-meter outdoor area, including a terrace and garden, are reserved for guests only.
The owner and his dogs live at the entrance to the property, more than 100 meters far from the house.

Mycket trevlig hus med härlig pool. Ägarna är mycket vänliga, tillmötesgående och väldigt hjälpsamma. Huset är rent, välstädat och snyggt. Poolen är ren och välskött. Poolen än ganska enkel och inte så djup. Trädgården runt poolen är trevlig om än lite sliten. Resterande del av tomten är ganska vildvuxen. Det finns mycket djur precis i anslutning till huset, bland annat hästar och höns, och ägarnas hundar kommer ofta upp till huset. Huset ligger innanför en annan tomt som inte är så fin men det syns inte från huset. Ett ok boende och vi hade trevlig där. När till byn med resturang, cafe och några mindre affärer. Nära till stor matvaruaffär med bil.

Ponys Cottage in Stiava, Massarosa in May 2025

Wir ( Ehepaar mit einem kleinen Hund) hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen in Stiava. Das große Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, sowie mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Familie ( Mutter Beatrice‘, Tochter Illaria und Sohn Diego ) haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren jederzeit bei Rückfragen verfügbar und hilfreich. Die Mahlzeiten ( Frühstück bis Abendessen) auf der Terrasse, mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, waren jedesmal ein Genuss. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen und können uns vorstellen, erneut Ferien dort zu verbringen.

Tolles Haus mit tollen Gastgebern

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hat reichlich Platz für alle. Wenn man will, kann man sich auch aus dem Weg gehen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr reichlich, alles ist vorhanden, vom Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine und Grill. Auch das Geschirr ist mehr als reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Fernseher, zwar ohne Satellitenempfang, aber wir haben uns mit Laptop und Streaming beholfen. Das W-Lan im Haus ist sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Kinder sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt reichlich Tiere auf dem Gelände: 2 Ponies, Katzen, Hunde, Ziegen und Hühner. Die Katzen lassen sich gerne streicheln und adoptieren die Ferienhausbewohner nach kurzer Zeit. Der Pool ist groß genug, um Spaß darin zu haben und er wird bei Bedarf gereingt. Von der Terrasse vor dem Haus hat man einen schönen Blick über das Dorf und die gegenüberliegenden Berge/Hügel. Ein echtes Highlight war die Begrüßung: es gab einen gedeckten Tisch mit Obst, Schnittchen, Knabbereien, Wasser und Prosecco. Das hatten wir noch nirgendwo! Wir kommen sehr gegne wieder!
