B&B Villa EraGea - Camere Standard

 
 Standard Rooms are cozy double solutions inside a luxury B&B.
The Rooms are located in the basement, furnished with fine furniture, all complete with air conditioning, private bathroom with large shower, TV, hair dryer, personal bar, linen service and internet. Each room has two very comfortable pool loungers and a dedicated sun umbrella.
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 12pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 5.00 am to 11am). 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 5 days.
- Change of bath linen, each 3 days.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from April to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Rooms are on the basement floor.
- Shared Garden, barbecue and washing machine (by fee prior request).
- No kitchen.
