Nestled in a quiet setting, you'll be just a short drive from the thrilling Sun Splash Water Park, the quaint Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, and the captivating Edison and Ford Winter Estates and downtown Ft Myers Historical area. Feel free to message me and ask any questions about the area.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances to whip up delectable meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, or step outside and enjoy the water views from the porch, where you can relax on the outdoor furniture.

Summer Vacation

This house had everything we needed for our vacation. They have plenty of games for the family to play. The decor was very well thought out. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful and informative about the area. If you have a boat its a great place to go boating whether you like to fish or just enjoy hanging at a sandbar. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Family reunion for my birthday!

This house is incredible! I couldn’t be more thankful that we chose this house, unfortunately since we went in May it was rainy but because of this house’s beautiful amenities we were about to make the most of our stay with rain or shine! We had so much fun playing board games, fishing, talking in the jacuzzi, it was the perfect fit!

AMAZING HOME!

The check in process was very easy, Communication with owner was excellent. Home was extremely clean, with such cute decor. Everything you could ask for was there in the home, cook ware, towels, bathroom necessities. Definitely would return and recommend this home for future rentals.

Awesome Matlecha Waterfront Property!

We had a great time & we would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were very friendly & accomodating. We were very impressed as soon as we walked into the home. It was super clean & wonderfully decorated! We especially loved sitting out on the large lighted deck along the canal & relaxing in the hot tub at night. The many board games, Margarita machine, fishing poles & the 2 cruiser bicycles were added bonuses!

This house was everything we hoped for and more! From the initial communication, even before booking, to our last text message at the time of checkout our questions and concerns were answered and addressed immediately. The house was super clean and spacious! The beds were 5star hotel quality and saying it was well stocked is an understatement! From the all the basic essentials you may need while away from home to so many board games for kids, bikes to ride, cornhole boards, pretty great jacuzzi and excellent fishing spot in the back. My family had a great time! We will definitely consider this house in the future when visiting Matlacha! Thank you Dana and Joyce for making this family celebration such a stress-free process!

A Little Slice of Paradise

My wife and I have vacationed all over the U.S., including multiple stays in Florida. I can honestly say we've never had a more positive experience than with this Matlacha property. From the moment we put down our first deposit, Dana - our host - was communicative and extremely engaging. She answered all our questions, usually within minutes, and that held true throughout our stay. Dana provided lots of insider tips and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The property was everything we had hoped for. It is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There's a grill on the back porch & a hot tub where we spent nights gazing at the water and watching the sunset or counting the stars. There's a dock if you decide to rent a boat for fishing or sightseeing. The home itself if stunning - there's a huge open area for watching TV or playing games, and the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with lots of the basics (sugar, coffee, etc.) plus some fun unexpected extras, like a margarita machine. There are two full baths, with comfortable showers and lots of closet space and plenty of towels. Dana thought of everything: bikes, cornhole boards, lots of supplies (laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.), a magnetic Scrabble board on one wall and an arcade PacMan game on another. She even has a canister of rice in case you drop your cell phone in the canal. This was a five-star experience from beginning to end. Can't wait to visit again!

We Loved our Anniversary stay in Matlacha! This House was perfect and as advertised, better than the photos!!! For us it was a perfect fit. Dana and Bonnie are the Best!!! Dawn beat the high score on the ms pac-man with 49,560 and we will be back in 2024 to defend Dawn as pac-man champion of this most wonderful stay on Matlacha!

The Best!

We absolutely loved our stay the house was super cute, clean and comfortable. The “little extras” Dana thought of really made it amazing, the location couldn’t be better. We loved the little island town, welcoming locals, scenery and the wildlife was incredible ! We seen so many dolphins and the fishing is fantastic. Was very nice to keep our boat in the water and explore the surrounding area. Communication with host was easy, highly recommend!

Super Stay!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway here! We were greeted with a lovely local gift and a clean, beautifully decorated home. But, most of our time was spent relaxing and fishing in the many outdoor spaces with a great view, breeze and shade available. The Pac Man game was fun too.
