Bring your own boat/kayaks, available for use fishing roads, bicycles, boat dock, boat lift is not available Boat launch less than 5 minutes away. We have multiple properties in close proximity for large groups.

Great property! Nicely updated. Nice interior. The best part if the house is the "Florida room" all window/sliding doors. Very nice space to hang out, play games, large table. Fun weekend!

The house is great. Very roomy and comfortable. If I had one negative it would be that they need to stock the kitchen a little better and they need more bedding to accommodate the pull out couches. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Matlacha for a group!

House was super cute inside! Space was perfect for multiple families, pull out couches were very comfortable! Plenty of towels and both bathrooms and well stocked with linens. Large dining room table was perfect for our group. The host had wonderful communication and check on us multiple times! Would definitely recommend this house!
