This South coast beachfront apartment is on the fifth floor and offers a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This Christ Church unit for holiday rental has breathtaking, panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed from the large balcony as well as from the open plan kitchen and living areas.
This South coast beachfront apartment is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. The master bedroom of this Christ Church unit for holiday rental is en suite with a King size bed and bedroom two has a queen sized bed. Ocean One Unit 501 has access to the communal pool, children’s pool and a jacuzzi, as well as a state-of-the-art gym and tanning facility, available to use by all residents and guests.

We just enjoyed a great week in Prasad’s wonderful apartment. It is quite magnificent
 comfortable, spacious and stylish. The balcony 
 and the view 
 provide an enjoyable “hang-out” space. Everything works. Entry and departure were straightforward. Communication with Prasad was excellent. This must be one of the very best 2-bedroom apartments 
 with a sea view 
 in Barbados. If you get the chance, come and spend some time here.

Just wanted to comment on our VRBO stay at  501 Ocean 1. Prasad was very attentive, and clear with instruction of checking / check out. He checked in on us mid stay and was very accommodating with a later checkout time. The condo was all it was advertised as. One street off of bus/ taxi/ ZR routes. Short walk to The Gap. Amazing view from large deck. We spent a lot of time from morning coffee to sunset and beyond so It would have been perfect if there was a ceiling fan on the deck ( as there are in many units). That being the only thing missing, we will be back!!! Sue Holmes

Excellent view. I'm glad we were on the 5th floor. Steps to the beach and the pool was a bonus.Condo was set-up just like home with all the amenities.Glad the air conditioners were working. It made sleeping that much more comfortable.

Upon arrival we noticed a strong musty smell in the master bedroom. there were multiple room air fresheners .. ( obviously the owners were aware)
. After looking around I noticed black stains in the master closet ceiling and black mold behind bathroom faucet
Needless to say, we did not sleep in the master and moved into the guest bedroom
Decor was also very plain
 no artwork on walls etc..We stayed in another GORGEOUS 2 bedroom condo in the same building the year before and loved it
This is a beautiful building with a great beachfront location
 needless to say , we were a bit disappointed

Everything was excellent from the booking, checking and checkout. There was excellent communication from the property manager at all times. The condo was big, bright and very clean. We had everything we needed in this condo? It was like being at home. The beds were comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the The Gap. The beach and pool are just steps away once you walk outside. The view from the balcony was incredible. If your looking for a home away from home in a quiet area this is where you should stay. What a Wonderful Stay

We spent 10 days in this property and can't recommend it enough. The location was ideal for us, away from the noise of St. Lawrence Gap but not to far to access nightlife when we wanted to do so. Oistin's Fish Market is also just a stone's throw away. The property is well maintained, there is air conditioning throughout, an in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, swimming pool, beach access and restaurants nearby. The owner was kind enough to check in on us a couple of times throughout our stay and was immediately responsive to our questions along the way. I highly recommend this property!
