A more courteous demeanor and a warm greeting from staff would be greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the front desk attendant greeted me indifferently and neglected to ask if we required assistance. Our room accommodations were booked for four guests, yet the room was prepared for only one guest. As a result, we requested additional towels and toiletries, which the front desk attendant assured us would arrive promptly; however, they failed to follow through on this commitment.

Getaway weekend.

First room was bad. Ceiling dirty, seemed mold due to CA hitting directly with very low temp and humidity very high. Changed to a suite that was very good.
