Residence located in the hamlet of Fontanazzo in a quiet area and close to the walks of the valley floor. The building has recently undergone external maintenance as it has joined the initiative called Superbonus 110%. The property has numerous outdoor parking spaces and other private parking spaces located in the basement garage of the complex. The house is located in Mazzin, a hamlet of Fontanazzo, and is about two kilometers from the village of Campitello di Fassa, where you can take advantage of the various services offered by the area.
Spacious flat of 100 sq m which has been recently and carefully renovated as follows: on the upper floor - entrance hall, separate eat-in kitchen, large and bright living room with balcony, small bathroom, staircase down to the lower level where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a very comfortable bathroom with shower. The apartment has, in addition to the possibility of uncovered outdoor parking, its own parking space in the covered garage. It also has a large closed cellar where electric bicycles can be stored and charged. The flat is complete with all electrical appliances.
