Spent 1 hour in check in process. They were not helpful at all. I had to everything with Travelocity to have my problem solved. The room they gave us smelled like marijuana. We had some of the most terrible drinks we’ve had at the bar. They gave us ONE towel for my wife and I. Outside of the room the hotel is super hot. We are never staying there ever again.

Live in San Antonio TX, When we travel to the Valley, there is only one hotel we stay, and that is the Doubletree, McAllen, TX. I can work from my room while my wife shops at the mall near by. We’re able to drive to our favorite restaurants near by and have great drinks at the bar.
