The Pool House on the Massanutten Mountain

Huge heated INDOOR swimming pool 16x32 feet! Courtyard in the middle of the home, with a fire pit. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Wi-Fi

Only house on the mountain with a swimming pool ! On nice nights, be sure to warm up in the courtyard by the outdoor fire pit. There's also cornhole boards and a giant Connect 4 game in the covered porch.

We bought this home in 2018 and continue to upgrade it. November 2023 - new granite countertop in kitchen, new flooring throughout first and 2nd floor.

Master bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs has the other 3 bedrooms. One has a queen bed, one has a double (full) bed, and the 3rd bedroom is the Bunk Room w/ 3 bunk beds. 2 are twin/twin, the 3rd is twin/full. All bedrooms except #2 have HD TVs w/ Roku boxes w/ YouTubeTV and Max/HBO. There is a. 55" TV above the fireplace in the living room.

3 full bathrooms. One has a tub, the other 2 are shower stalls.

Chess/checkers table in living room, along with some children play sets, Uno, Phase 10, and assortment of books.

Rooms come with clean sheets already tucked in for you, and a towel and face cloth for each guest to use. We even have toothbrush holders by the sink. The bathtub and showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don't need to bring your own. You might want to bring your own pool towel, or you can just wash and dry your bath towel in the washer & dryer we have by the pool room. Don't worry we have detergent too.

Massanutten is truly a 4 season resort. Massanutten Resort has many great activities available to book online through their website. Massanutten offers skiing, snow and grass tubing, 2 golf courses, an award winning indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-carts, There are also about 30 miles of hiking trails. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check electronic sign at entrance for updates.

• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
