When i first arrived i was told that the system was down ..... the lady at the front desk went to the back for over 30 mins while i stood waiting at the front desk with others that were very annoyed and she then returns and tells me the hotel is over booked and i can not stay there ... they then told me to go next door to the home 2 .... it was very frustrating and annoyed i didnt want to stay at the home 2 ..... this ruined my experience and will not return after this ........
