We left for dinner and returned during heavy rain. Having to pay for parking was a surprise to begin with. I dropped my family off at the front and went to find parking, but there were very few spots available. I ended up parking far away and ran inside, only to realize I had forgotten to place the parking pass in my window, so I had to run back out and got soaked again. I then tried parking on the backside of the property near the pool gate, but my key would not work. Thankfully, my son was able to let me in, though I got soaked yet again. When we finally reached our room, the key still would not open the door. After getting new keys, we entered the room to find the foyer flooded, with water nearly reaching the carpet. While it was cleaned, the entire experience was extremely frustrating. Because of this, I would not choose to stay here again. The only positive aspect of the stay was the beach access.

Virginia who checked us in was so wonderful and helpful. She made our stay the best!! Loved the room loved how close to the water we were. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Tea hot chocoalte and coffee availabile at all times. The pool was very warm with an outdoor bar and bathroom it was great great great!!

Stayed there for the 4th year for SpaceCoast MARATHON. The breakfast is free..the waffle maker is a big hit. We didn't need maid services..but getting xtra towels for race day was easy and the beds are comfortable. The room clean with a small.fridge and microwave.

Due to the late night/early morning launch schedule, and our resulting sleep schedule, housekeeping only serviced the room once over the whole week. The primary issue with the lack of service was that the tiny wastebaskets were full after one day. The room rate and parking charges were nasty surprises. On the positive side, the scrambled eggs were the best I've had for a hotel breakfast and the pool was great. The hotel is in a good location.
