The hotel's facilities were spread out over several buildings. Main office is located across the street from all of the rooms/buildings. Had to cross traffic with luggage to get to rooms/buildings.

The room that was assigned to me was not good, it was smelly and far away from everything. I paid $300.00 for an overnight stay because I wanted to be close to the cruise terminal. The staff at the front desk listened to my concerns and upgraded me to a suite with a full kitchen. It was great and made my stay enjoyable especially since I was traveling with kids. Great customer service.!!

Good price yet accessible to the beach.

Overall its excellent. Goodjob to house keepers..love my room clean everyday. Foods were good too. Lots of choices. And has take out box ready for those who are not able to get a table. I just have one thing.. Maybe encourage guests to take a shower first before using the pool. Pool number 2 has no shower btw.

Our first room was pretty gross for various reasons however we went down to the lobby at almost midnight and they moved us right away, without a fight. The new room was much much better and cleaner. Great pools and location and breakfast iptions. The kitchentte was a little disappointing as thwre is no hot plate or stove or toaster kven just a coffee maker and a toastwr and microwave

The view was breathtaking from the balcony. All you see is beach and ocean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing I would comment on negatively is the bathroom needs an upgrade will do around the bathtub. I will smell in the bathroom nasty nice looking bathroom at all
