The absolute highlight for this hotel is the location, right on Cocoa Beach. In a oceanview room we had the perfect patio for sunrise splendor! Breakfast was good, and well stocked even with a college baseball team going through the line at the same time as the rest of the spring break travel crowd.

Quick 3-night getaway

Loved the view and location. Room was very comfortable. Only drawback was weak water pressure in the shower and a slow draining tub. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

GREAT Stay.

'GREAT' location, older property and little differently laid out but the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and staff was extremely accommodating. The price was comparable to other properties, all about the same price. I would highly suggest considering this property for your future stay.

Great Stay at the best western cocoa beach

This hotel was a perfect stopping point for us. Staff was great. We had 4 adults and two dogs. They gave us a first floor end unit and it was perfect. 2 min walk to the beach which we did for a glorious sunrise. If you’re looking for high end accommodations, this is t your place. But if you’re looking for a clean, safe, at the beach motel, this one’s for you!!

Stayed in pool view room. Room was small. We like the location the best. Stayed here many times. Beach work is in process. It is quite a walk to get to open beach and be able to get in the water. Just outside the hotel you will find day and night work going on. Large machines, pipes and sand movement going on.
