The family room is a perfect solution to accommodate up to 4 people on vacation in San Foca, on the sea of Meledugno, in brand new B&B with panoramic view and whirlpool pool.
 
 
The room is complete with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe deposit box. Access is by code. Breakfast is included, either continental or Italian buffet.
Each room has 1 car pass for parking on the nearby blue lines. Welcome kit with fruit and drink.

The family room is a refined solution, furnished with 1 double bed + 2 single beds.
There
are two units of this type inside the B&B equipped with an
elevator, one on the second floor and one on the second floor.
The room has small exclusive outdoor space and is complete with en suite shower room.
Italian
and continental breakfast is served every morning on the beautiful
terrace with panoramic views of the waterfront and the sea of San Foca.
The
terrace is also furnished with lounges and sofas for relaxing outdoors
while enjoying exceptional breathtaking views. On the ground floor a
lovely courtyard houses a Jacuzzi pool shared by guests.
Daily room rearrangement with linen change every three days.

Luxury B&B is located in the center of San Foca, marina of
Melendugno, among the most award-winning marinas for quality services.
All services are at hand and within walking distance.
The beach is just across the street, and so is the seaside resort`s beautiful promenade.
Other
nearby marinas are also worth visiting, such as Torre dell`Orso, Torre
Sant`Andrea, the Grotta della Poesia and the archaeological area of Roca
Vecchia.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- Heated shared Pool available from April to December.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
