Simple, refined, the Double Room at B&B Agricola Bellisario is a comfortable solution for spending vacations in the Otranto and Melendugno area of Frassanito.
The room is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, TV, mini fridge and mosquito nets. It also has an exclusive outdoor space.
Breakfast is included, as is reserved space at the nearby Lido Acquachiara.
The room is part of an estate with modern swimming pool with Jacuzzi, solarium, outdoor shower and large equipped outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery.

The double room is an independent solution, one of several types of rooms inside the farmhouse.
Spacious,
essential at the same time refined, the room is furnished with a double
bed, coat rack, desk, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer.
The shower room is modern and complete. The facility is covered by Wi-Fi Internet network.
In the space in front of the room, on the lawn and with a canopy cover, there is a relaxation area of exclusive relevance.
Shared by all guests are the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, solarium area, outdoor shower, breakfast room, etc.
 
The farm`s surroundings in Frassanito, between Otranto and Melendugno
The estate with swimming pool is located in Frassanito, very close to the sea in the Otranto area and the marinas of the Melendugno coastline. Just minutes away are the beaches of Alimini and
some of the most famous Salento resorts on the Adriatic coast, such as
the marinas of Melendugno, San Foca, Roca and Sant`Andrea.
The sea
at Alimini Lakes can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Even the nearby
towns can be reached in a few minutes by car, to find all the main
services.
Torre dell`Orso, the famous Poetry Cave of Roca Vecchia, Torre Sant`Andrea with its beautiful stacks are all very close.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 20 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-  Daily tidy up of the accommodation.
- Change of bathroom  linen, every 3 days.
- Change of bed linen, every 7 days.
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Beach umbrella and lounger included at Lido Acquachiara from the 1st of June to the 30th of September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
