Staff was not that helpful compared to other places we stayed we called them at the front desk to get our luggage we actually had to come n get them Coffee mechanics wasn’t working was a drama to get someone come to look at them in both rooms then he said cleaning crew didn’t assembled back Since this a very precious location they should look in to these things

Everything was very much to standard at this hotel. I highly recommend it. You have to go through a gated security to get on the property, check in personal were super nice, I put a note that we were celebrating my husband's bday and they sent him a little treat/bday note, the room was super clean and a very comfortable bed, plenty of dining options, they play a movie every day in the evening, have P&B sandwiches at night for the guest and had live music in the lobby. If you have plans to visit Graceland they have a shuttle to take you. The pool area was also very nice if you go during season. We only stayed one day there and one day at the Bass pro shop pyramid/Big Cypress lodge. Big cypress lodge was double the cost and I was not very impressed. Had I known better I would have stayed both nights at The Guest House at Graceland.

the AC didn't go on unless you put the temperature on 69 degrees. The shower door would not stay closed all the way. The room needed some minor repairs. But the service was excellent, the staff very nice, I would definitely recommend your hotel.

Loved the setup and design of the hotel. But the hardware doesn't make up for the lack of software--the service. It seems the front desk staff were not too pleased to work there? Bed was very nice, but our keurig coffee maker was broken.

When I made my reservation for my room online, I didn’t realize that my room was not gonna have a view of the pool. I called and spoke with Taylor at the reservation desk and she said no problem I can upgrade you and we’ll get you on the north side so you’ll have a view of the pool! So far everything is going well I’m just sitting down to dinner right now!!
