Beautiful and clean!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Looks very new but was told they began business in 2019. It was so clean, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, soft towels, nice bathrobe, beautifully designed rooms and lobby. Dogs welcomed!!

Loved this hotel! Fantastic rooms and decor. The only thing we were missing was free coffee which most hotels have. We would have enjoyed a small coffee pot or Keurig in the room, or a free coffee station in the lobby for hotel guests. We had to wait in line for coffee and pay for it everyday. The bar was great, we enjoyed the cocktails very much!

Fantastic

The hotel and room are fantastic. The room is a beautiful representation of form and function. The windows really make the room shine, and the open floor plan with large "pocket doors" makes for some great configuration options depending on the time and use.

We loved staying here. The staff was vey friendly. There were a few hiccups at the coffee bar downstairs but the coffee was excellent. Lively bar and lobby area. Would definitely stay here again when in the Memphis area.

This hotel was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I flew in for my friends wedding and my flight landed earlier than check in time, my room was ready and the person at the front desk had no problem checking me in. The gym was really nice and clean, with towels and water available if you need it. I would rate this property 10 stars if I could. If I ever visit Memphis again, this will definitely be the place I stay.

Pros: About 18 minutes by Uber from the airport. Check-in was painless and the elevator works fine and fast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Anything I needed I just texted the front desk and they took care of it: more clothes hangars, drinking glasses, etc. Location is “good”, about a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. Arrive Memphis is also almost right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel, where ML King’s tragedy occurred, and one block from The Blues Hall of Fame. It’s a short walk to some nice restaurants and BBQ joints. Cons: Lousy amenities; no ice machine or ice bucket, the only bottled water was for sale in the minibar at $5 per bottle. NOTHING is complimentary. The room has a finished (smooth) concrete floor, and around the bed there’s an area rug. I concur with another review I read here; they really, really, REALLY need to wash the concrete floor. If you walk on it in bare feet, it’s like walking outdoors on the sidewalk, your feet are filthy. I can’t believe they tolerate that. We saw the people who clean and make up the rooms and they definitely don’t have mops with them. My impression is that this is an attractive property that needs some sharper customer focus. Based on my experience, Arrive Memphis doesn’t give me a good reason to return.
