Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center.

The staff is always wonderful - so polite, so fun. The night time valet sucked but the daytime guy was super sweet and always had our car waiting downstairs, on time. The room itself was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting family in Memphis.

We had such an amazing stay at ARRIVE Memphis! The staff were so unbelievably friendly and super helpful (especially when it came to the best ribs and wings). The rooms were really clean and the coffee was great! Couldn’t recommended it enough. Thank you for such an awesome stay, will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone.

Spotless hotel with a very fun vibe. They thought of everything for the guests. Loved the decor and service was outstanding. Great location…walking distance to restaurants. Pet friendly…nice bar, and a good menu if you want to stay in the hotel to eat. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

Great stay! The check-in process was weird as we had to wait for someone to let us into the front door while all the people enjoying the bar and lobby just looked at us. I do understand the locked door due to the location of the hotel but it's still awkward watching people stare at you while you struggle to get in to get to the front desk. Other than that, the room was vintage and awesome, and the staff was great. I'll definitely stay here again!
